Defective Bags
This was my second time purchasing this roll of poop bags. The first time I had no issue with them, the second time I experienced many defective bags in the roll. So far, I have found 4 bags with no seam at the bottom and 4 bags with a seam at the top, making it impossible to open and pick up poop with. I discovered this when I was halfway through the roll, at which point it was past the return window. I run a doggy daycare so it's frustrating when I go to use the bag in my pocket only to find I cannot use it. I need to know I can count on this company to provide quality products as I don't have the time/money to waste. I thought it was a one-off defect at first but it continues to occur as I go through the roll. How many more bags will I need to throw out!?
