Defective printing - no exchange possible from Amazon
This printing is defective. In Chapter 10, there are diagrams that are not fully printed. This affects about 20 figures and the figures are the most important part of the anatomy book. Amazon's return policy prevents us from returning the defective book which we discovered after the 30 day deadline for exchanges. A number of the books of students in my daughter's class have the same problem so it a problem with the printing. We need Amazon to be our advocate with the publisher.

The book is great, but most of the photos in chapter 10 were missing. Luckily my university has it available and I was able to get a copy, but it was a hassle. I need the book for future classes and I’ve already written in it or I’d return.
