Perfect!

This is the perfect book. I read the reviews before purchasing it and some people complained about the number of pages and the fact that it's a small book. But, I find that to be what makes the book wonderful. Clear consice information that you can tuck into your scrub pocket. 50 pages is more than enough information. We're already educated and therefore we know how to write a nursing note. This book simply strengthens your skill set. I love it. It's a great buy. I took pics of the contents. So, as you can see this book covers everything!

This is an awesome resource to have in case you forget how to phrase your nursing notes. This is useful for both new nurses and seasoned nurses. Keep in mind this is like a cheat sheet so you're not getting detailed explanations. It has helped me with my notes as a new nurse.

I am a new grad and my English isn't very good or writing for that matter. This book is a resource! One day I won't need this book anymore because it will be second nature to me, but this will help me with a great start and something to always have in hand. If it helps me get better at documentation Ill put every penny to it. It's investing in yourself. Purchase it!

I like because in the moment one can forget to write about something. This book is handy on those occasions.

This has nursing note examples about halfway through the book, the first half of the book is a basic recap of nursing school. Not exactly what I was looking for and it’s really small for the price. Maybe a good gift for a new grad.

I received this book today and I am just so disappointed. The book is the length of my wallet and has very few pages in it. The examples of nursing notes in the book are short, and hardly explain anything. I noticed most of the notes consisted of what the patient said, which I know is important to document, but I feel like the author wrote the patients' account just to fill up space in the book. I think the book was expensive for no reason, not only did it not have enough content, but it was poorly made. The front cover was flimsy, and the pages were thin. This book should not have cost more than $5. I'm returning it and getting my money back.

The use of the word template is arguable... a more apt description would be organized appendix of terms with a mixture of examples, hints and a opinion.
