I like this product; however, I ordered this bottle in July (by mistake) after having purchased another bottle the month before. I'm just now getting around to opening this bottle and found the tamper-resistant seal is damaged. Now, it may be just a simple error, but the whole purpose of the seal is ensure my safety. Since the safety of this product has been compromised, I'd like to return it, but it's well beyond Amazon's return policy date. I really do not wish to throw $12 into the trash, so I'd like to contact Amazon about this, but there is no way to have a conversation about this malady because it's ineligible to return. I want Amazon to know I have a defective product and would like compensation for it.

What this product did was slow down my anxious thinking and gave me a sense of “everything is going to be okay.” I felt really good while minding my own business. Kind of made me feel like my head was in the clouds.

This product increases blood flow to the brain and it is necessary after a traumatic experience. I am in the process of healing from trauma and I had the opportunity to read a couple of Dr. Daniel Amen’s books on mental health. He shares his research about healing the brain with food to improve our mental health. He also provides lists of what to eat and supplements to take for brain health and mental health. I highly recommend you start with “Feel Better Fast and Make it Last.”

I know this is a good product for memory but I really want to share how it has benefited my mental health. I’ve been very anxious lately from things in the past that I didn’t confront- for one reason or another. Even things that I did not know would have such a heavy impact on me- they’ve really altered my mood and outlook on life.

As a result, I desperately put better attention into my diet and found supplements to improve my mental health. Ginkgo has been helpful- just as I explained above. I feel serene. I also take a multivitamin for brain health ( Garden of Life myKind Organics Women's multivitamin) and a probiotic. All 3 of these together are great for brain health for both young people and older people alike. Exercise should be on this list too because it increases oxygen to the brain- improving memory and mental health.

If your mental health needs a boost I recommend these supplements but of course discuss with your daughter, and hopefully he or she doesn’t try to deter you away from good things.
