These little guys are amazing! I've been taking these for about a month now and I've definitely noticed a difference in my overall appetite and skin quality. I take two every morning and then if I remember I take two at night as well. Green tea is super good for the body but I just didn't have the time to make 3 cups of it everyday. The moment it hits your tongue, it has a horrid, bitter taste to it that doesn't leave for a while.
