Great product but models change without updating product number!
Loved my first WP-450W so when the water tank broke and battery started to shows signs of age, I bought the same model number in order to interchange parts. However,as you can see from photo, the older model ( which was blue) has a lip on the water tank that is not the same as the newer model. I think since they changed the physical dimensions, they should have changed the model number.

This Waterpik delivers good pressure and dislodges food particles easily as well as cleaning the teeth around my gums. I have dry mouth and this has helped tremendously for me. Easy to assemble and clean. 4 different wands are included with good explanations re which to use.

Have had it for a few weeks now and it works as advertised. I use it mostly on the low pressure setting, but occasionally will use the high pressure setting depending on what type of food I have eaten. I recharge it overnight every five to six days or so. I do place a small piece of duct tape over the unit's charging receptacle to prevent water intrusion into the connector. Seems like a sensible thing to do. It's quite impressive how this unit can find and flush out residual food debris even after what seems like a thorough brushing just beforehand. As mentioned by others, initial use is a bit cumbersome but you will quickly become an efficient user. I am looking forward to my next dental cleaning appointment to hear what the hygienist may say.

Waterpik has a great product, and yet they don't make it easy on their customers. This is the best overall of their offerings, but it has problems: the plug is unprotected and rusts quickly. I cover mine with duct tape and that extends life considerably. The reservoir should be bigger. The water jet could be stronger, but then the reservoir would have to be even bigger... Still, consistently using the waterpik has improved my dental issues considerably -- no gum problems, no decay & barely any need to have my teeth professionally cleaned. It's a fantastic product & I highly recommend.

I had an old waterpik and replaced it with this cordless version. i'm very pleased with the way it works. the water reservoir is only good for 45 seconds, I found this to be a bit short, I have to refill it once. if you contact their support line you'll need to find the serial number - you'll have to take off the water reservoir to find it and it is very small and not at all prominent. It takes little space in my bathroom and is very convenient to use. I use it 3 times per day.

I was so excited after many years to finally order a Waterpik and I actually got the name of this one from my dentist hygienist in NY. She said the company was in the dentist's office and left a leaflet about the various
items. I bought one that needed to be plugged in to charge one a week but the main part could be put in a cabinet. Basically, it is useless. Very little power, has to be filled at least twice during an application and basically doesn't do the job I am disappointed.
