Has worked to lower my liver enzymes.
I've been taking this brand of vitamin E every since my gastrologist recommend I start taking it for my non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. I thought, what the heck, it can't hurt and a doctor is recommending it. Well, back in May my Ast was 184 and alt was 203. That is before starting the vitamin E and now you can see for yourself my numbers! I'm actually shocked that it's working so well! I'm sure walking has helped too, but I've been eating like crap the past few months with the holidays and all, so I'm still surprised. I love that these don't give me any side effects too. I hate when pills do. I will continue taking these. Can't beat the price either.

Upon receiving my Sundown Vitamin 'E' soft gels, I opened the lid to take one, however all of the soft gels were stuck together in one big wad of soft gels. It's takes some doing to get these things separated. Exposure to heat? Or shelf-life issues? Who knows?

I take 1 in the morning and 1 before bed. I love these! I have been recently diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea, so I’m taking this along with Vitamin D3, Iron pills (I bruise easily), and Collagen pills that contain Vitamin C to help with the healing process for my scars as well as a possible iron deficiency, and collagen restoration. Pityriasis rosea has been hell!!! I feel incredibly insecure so, I’ve been trying to change my daily habits in regards to my vitamin intake. I haven’t needed to take Benadryl since!!! I don’t know why this contributes to stopping the itching but it does! I did however have a one week prescription from the ER prior to taking vitamins so that is definitely a valid factor to mention. I notice a difference in my scars and skin for sure! I take these and I use Bio-Oil as well.
