Short cases in Clinical Exams of Internal Medicine by Dr. Wanis Hamad Ibrahim is an excellent book for the preparation of any clinical examination in internal Medicine including MRCP paces and Arab board exam.
It is an excellent book, concise and complete covering almost all the common cases encountered by the candidates in the clinical exams. It summarizes the main topics in an easy language and highlights the common pitfalls at the beginning of most cases that will help candidates to avoid them in the exam.
In each case you will find the technique of examination and tips of how to do the physical exam in short time and gives hints on how to reach the correct diagnosis and provides good relevant photographs, common pitfalls, the best way of presenting the clinical findings, and lastly the expected questions that may be asked by the examiner.
This is not surprising to me because it is written by an expert professor of internal medicine who is a well-known examiner for MRCP, and Arab board and other clinical examinations.
I highly recommend this book for all candidate who are planning to sit for any clinical examination in internal medicine to pass your exams and you will not regret it

This book is concise yet complete, covering most cases expected to be seen in clinical exams.
Every section starts with techniques and tips of how to do the physical exam, and gives hints on how to reach the correct diagnosis and provides good relevant photographs, then common pitfalls which helps you avoid common mistakes done by candidates, then an example of the typical way of how to present your findings for each case, then questions expected to be asked by the examiner in a nice conversational way which puts you in the mood of the exam.
It helped me and many of my colleagues pass the Arab Board of Internal Medicine OSCE exam, and we are using it to prepare to PACES - clinical UK exam.
We used multiple references but this is the best all round book for preparation, requires much less time than other books yet easy to remember and covers almost all questions asked by examiners (However doesn't cover history taking and communication skills stations).
It is written by an expert professor who is a well-known examiner for several clinical exams.
Highly recommended.

Extremely excellent book for all clinical exams, the format includes most the tricks and missed points which make this book unique.
it is a must have to pass most of clinical exams.
Each system you read will give you a great impact on your clinical skills not only that but also you need to read 5 or more common examination skills textbook to get such summarised information in one book.
Highly recommended from personal experience for most of exams locally for Arab board and international exam as paces for mrcp.
