About the Author
Dr. Sunnie Giles is President of Quantum Leadership Group. She consults with Fortune 500 companies and new industry disruptors on leadership strategy and execute the strategy through her executive coaching programs. Dr. Sunnie received her MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth school of Business and a PhD in systemic psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy) from Brigham Young University.
She is an advisor at the Stanford Business School Institute of Innovation in Developing Economies. Her recent research on global leadership for innovation has been published by Harvard Business Review and London School of Economics Review. She is a professional certified coach credentialed by International Coach Federation. She headed up the Marketing function as VP of Marketing at Experian and General Manager at Samsung, and as Program Director at IBM. She also consulted for Fortune 500 as a strategy manager for Accenture.

I followed Dr. Sunnie on LinkedIn after watching her Ted Talk 2017, As She said “We can start the change by being the change,… you can radically change the rule of the game and unleash the dragon in each of you, you all belonging to ocean.”
Then I read her posts about your new book, after reading the sample I decided to read it, and add it to the transformation/innovation books that I have.
The book will teach you how to harness complexity and jump-start radical innovation. It will reveal how to use complexity to your advantage instead of becoming paralyzed by it. It will teach you the concepts and tools necessary to adopt and exploit positive complexity, stimulating radical innovation with your products and services.
Every Talent Manager and Executive shall encourage and reward the company’s employees to read & understand the concepts/tools in the book. So they could transform traditional companies into quantum companies.
If you have a plan to read one book this year, let it be this one. It's just published.

My critical review is based on some factual errors that are unfortunate in a book that purports to be grounded on science. The most egregious is endorsing the obviously false Maharishi Effect. Other errors include conflating epigenetics with neural plasticity.
