The cards are HUGE. They are larger than my hand. And I already found a Mundra I am in love with that I never saw before in my Mundra books. There is a photo in front and in the back it describes how to do the Mundra. The cards are numbered I guess so you can find them in the deck if you know what number you are looking for. But it seems annoying to keep them in order if you don't have to. Anyway, I really love them.

i've been practicing yoga for years and recently learned there are MANY more mudras (hand gestures) than the handful taught by/known to my regular teachers. so, i bought a bunch of books on them and began to practice. i SERIOUSLY wish i'd found this deck of cards BEFORE i'd bought all the other mudra books - that would have saved quite a lot of money and shelf space.

the deck is extremely comprehensive and shows a number of mudras not illustrated in any of the other books i have. each gesture is very clearly lllustrated and thoroughly explained. the cards themselves are very heavy duty and great quality - they'll hold up very well. although didn't think i would, i actually like the card format a lot. it's very easy to sort out and organize the mudras according to any desired practice and it's simple to reorganize em any way you like.

my only criticism is that i wish they'd printed the number of each mudra on the front AND back of the card. i also wish they'd printed the number of each as well as its name in the otherwise great accompanying booklet. that would have made them even easier to sort through and find. still, that's a very slight criticism on an otherwise VERY well done set of info.

i'd thoroughly recommend to anyone interested in starting or expanding a mudra practice.

Excellent, these are descriptive without a lot of fluff. I needed some direction on which mudras to use and this fit the bill. Clear and precise easy to use. I purchased the Kindle first and saw an instant need for the cards. However, I have used the kindle version and if I forget the cards at home and decide to do a quick mudra I have my focus cheat sheet on my phone. That is key, when doing the mudra I use the ideas on the card to focus attention and intent. As for the Kindle the listing at the beginning for mudras and matching needs is very useful. The only addition that would be helpful is if in the first listing there was also a direct link to the mudra. The alphabetical table of contents does has a link directly to each mudra. I will use these over and over, thank you.

It comes with a little booklet categorizing the mudras for different purposes which I love. I use them every morning and night when I can. I'm starting at two minutes and working my way up as I have arthritis. I would definitely buy these again or as a gift! Way better than a book!

If one does not want explanations about the essence of mudras and connections with other aspects of yoga, this is a book for such. It is not a book in the classical sense of the word. These are 10x15cm cards. 72 mudras cards are arranged alphabetically. On each individual card on one side is a photo of the position of the hands or mudras. On the other card side is the name of the mudra as well as a brief explanation of the benefits and position of the body while doing so. I can't say this is a good book, but it is certainly practical from the position of a quick presentation of mudras.

I LOVE everything about this deck of Mudra cards!
The pictures are very clear, the instructions too and I have been using it everyday since I received my order and I could feel the benefits right away.
The more I do Mudras the better I feel and beleive me, I have had it rough since January 2021 with bad news, worries, sickness, griefs, stress, fibromyalgia flare ups, and so on.
