Get ready to read opinion pieces that make you wonder "why does this person think in such antiquated ways?" Then you look back at the caption and realize the article was written in 1980. The material in this case book is so old.

The organization is kind of all over the place too, I think a good prof could work around it but if you get assigned to go start through it's going to be a bumpy ride.

I pity you if this is the book you're stuck with for crim. Dressler basically spends the whole book citing himself and doesn't explain anything in the casebook. The textbook is written so poorly that you're basically forced into buying his supplements. If you have to use this book I can't reccomend enough getting "Understanding Crim" by Dressler which is basically the teacher's edition to this book.
