I have been using this book to help prepare for the July 2018 bar exam, and have found it to be very helpful in terms of both (a) refreshing my memory and (b) bridging the gap between what I learned in my first year law school contracts class and the more complex practice MBE and essay questions in my bar review course.

After viewing each contracts lecture in my bar review course, I go through the applicable section in this Q&A book and do the related practice questions. I then thoroughly review each answer discussion/explanation in the back of the book; the answer discussions/explanations are worth their weight in gold for me. The author explains things in a very easy-to-understand manner and addresses the questions that tend to pop into my head about certain complex contract theories/rules.

Once I've completed the questions related to the previously-viewed contracts lecture, I go back into my bar exam review course program, complete the related quiz/practice questions there, and make whatever flashcards I need to before moving on to the next sub-topic in my bar review's contracts lecture series.

This has made an enormous difference in how quickly I'm able to grasp, memorize, and truly understand the material.

The author, Scott Burnham, is a law school professor and provides extremely well-written answers to each question. The way he writes/explains things fits my learning style, and has helped round out my understanding of complex issues by breaking them down into smaller chunks of knowledge. I am grateful for his well-written practice multiple choice questions and answers; they've made all the difference in my bar exam preparations.

I had a multiple choice contracts final so this book was perfect! I did very well on the exam and I think this book was the reason why. Which is a little funny because when I first went through them all, I was only getting about half right. >_<

I expected the questions to be more in-depth than blood is in this question and answer book. The book's focus seems to be on first year basic needs.

This book is really helpful for preparing to a law school or bar exam. From my perspective, its tasks are pretty simple for me that is why I rated it 4*. But anyway I recommend it for purchasing.
