This is an excellent resource for a veterinary clinic and receptionist. I bought the first edition many years ago and this is a very nice update.

Although this book does help me to appreciate the work of a veterinary receptionist, it's mostly filler with a little useful information in between. I bought this because it was required for a class, I wouldn't suggest buying it unless you have to.

Not what I expected...hard to follow. Not something that a new receptionist can pick up and look up answers quickly.

I love it! Thank you so much. I appreciate this updated version so much. It has all the information I wanted from the older version plus information on electronic technology used in the industry. I am currently reading it, but so far, excellent. Also, delivery time, condition of textbook irreproachable.
