Our study group has done several Adam Hamilton books, but this has been our least favorite. The information is great, the references are on point, but he comes across as task oriented in this book. It feels less about the emotional aspect of spiritual relationship, and more about counting and fulfilling a task list. Just my opinion, but other books have been better. Sorry, Adam.
