This book breaks down civil procedure very well so you can understand it. I suggest making an outline from the contents of this book if you’re not allowed to have the book during the exam. It’s a good read give yourself at least a week to read this book and take notes.

The book was okay but the “time for various pleadings” had incorrect deadlines that made it confusing. For instance, having looked up rule 4(m), the time to serve a complaint must be done within 90 days, not 120 days.
Please make this correction so as to not to confuse law students.
