It gives an incredible amount of information for each nursing diagnosis, and I love the fact that you can have a medical diagnosis and find nursing diagnoses from that.     I wish we would have been tough how to use it better in class but after a while it clicks.

    Take the time to go through it and understand how it is broken up && you will get much better use out of it right away
