Used during nursing school to learn how to write a care plan.

My students love this book. I looked through several different NCP books and chose this one. It gives an incredible amount of information for each nursing diagnosis, and I love the fact that you can have a medical diagnosis and find nursing diagnoses from that. I think it is great for first semester nursing students writing their first care plans.

this book was very helpful in learning how to put a care plan and nursing diagonsis together. It would be good for a classroom or study setting. it is not an easy size to carry to a clinic or hospital setting although it would be a great book to have at a nursing station to referance.

I am finishing up with nursing school, last semester is this summer. I love this book.

I wish we would have been tough how to use it better in class but after a while it clicks.

Take the time to go through it and understand how it is broken up && you will get much better use out of it right away

This is by far the best book that I have used for making care plans. Basically you find whatever issue you are looking for a diagnosis for and it will give you a diagnosis and guide you step by step through the implications and plan

Very good purchase if you are in nursing school and need a crutch for writing care plans! I am so glad I bought this. I got it at the right price as a used book, but it looks brand new.
