About the author
Edmond Weiss was born in Philadelphia in 1942. He is the author of six books and countless articles on technical and professional communication. Now retired from the faculty of Fordham Business, Weiss is president of Edmond Weiss Seminars (edweiss@aol.com) which designs and conducts communication training programs throughout the world.
Dr. Weiss currently resides in Voorhees, NJ.

As an American living overseas, I am interested in improving my communications for a global audience. I realize the conventions of English in the United States are different from most of the world. That is why I wanted to read this book.
I did gain some new perspectives from the book, but I did find it interesting that the writer did not follow his own advice.
