This review applies to the eBook/Kindle version. Large portions of the book are “greyed out” due to permissions/copyright issues. I think that there should be a warning in the book’s description telling potential purchasers about this problem. it is unethical to offer this for sale without advising that it is incomplete. I purchased the eBook for a class, but I had to cancel the purchase because sections that I need are missing. Back to the print version, unfortunately.
