My employer ordered these pens for the office and because we have more than 200 employees the pens go quickly. I managed to get one. Loved the pen so much decided to order my own. I looked everywhere for these pens and could not find them so I decided to check out Amazon (I should have known I could find them here). I was thrilled to see them and ordered immediately. They are the best. Just so that I can keep them in stock, I will order again because of my work, I'm writing and typing all day. If you want a great writing pen, these are the ones to get.

My staff uses black, blue and red pens for different things and Bic Grip Retractable Ball Pens are one of their favorites. I feel like I hit the jackpot with the great deal Amazon offered on Bic products one day as the deal of the day. I was able to stock up on all the Bic products my staff and my children use on a daily basis. Thanks Bic for making quality products and thanks Amazon for helping me here at Christmas time save money by making Bic products the deal of the day, which helped me saved a lot of money on items I have to buy year round.

Black, Blue and Red allow me to contrast when I need to ...especially red.

BIC has the BiC/Click down to a science....works all the way until empty...no other pen does that I've seen.

I love these pens. There really are 18 in the pack, a perfect mix of black, blue and red by ratio. The picture makes it look like it might not be 18. These are the best 'grip" pens because the comfort grip is not rounded, but has some soft "edges" to it, so your fingers stay in place. The ink flow is great. The quality is fantastic. I love these pens. I finally switched from my regular pen supplier to these after only buying 2 packs in the stores. Take your comfort grip pen business to Bic.

Hate these pens. I had been looking for a replacement of the Bic pro + that they no longer make, in particular I wanted a wide pen with a comfort grip. This pen is not as thick as I like and I didn't realize it has a button on the side to retract the pen, I personally am much happier with a pen that has this on top. I leave this pen on a work clipboard with the pen extended but often find it retracted I guess due to the way I drop it so that's a pain too.

Cheap quality. Ink skips.

I should have known by now that you get what you pay for. The price was too good to be true for the number of pens. These pens required too much pressure to be applied in order to get a smooth stroke. The ink often skipped or didn't produce a high-quality medium width. I ended up leaving the opened package on a counter at work; essentially giving them away.

Because amazon apparently wants me to. They are bic pens. They work just like all the other bic pens that we have all bought in the past. Hubs like these. Personally, I like the Zebra pens the best, but since I was buying for the hubs, guess what he got. His favorite which are these perfectly fine bics.

The grip about these pens was very easy to use. The variety of colors was nice. The push button to get the pen out was a nice touch. I did admire that. However, I was really disappointed about the quality. I for one am a pen fanatic. i use them to journal for the most part. Most of the pens i love have a smooth quality to them. They're not only easy to use but they work very smoothly. These pens unfortunately in order to get the ink to work you have to scribble twice or 3x or maybe 4. Then after that your words can be quite indecipherable after the first sentence as the ink seems to stop up and you need to go over your words several times. SO all in all, no these pens are not that good. I choose a simple papermate or BIC round Stick ballpoint lIfe which write so "neatfully".

Missing Pens

Pens seem good enough, but 2 red pens are missing from the 18 pack. Looks like a factory error. I would have sent them back, but I needed them, especially those missing reds! A bit disappointed.

Fair Pens

The gel is never consistent. Mid way writing, the pen stops,not just one, but basically the entire pack I have gone though and they all do the same thing. Has a side click too , instead of a button of top, not a super fan of that either. Overall, poorly made pen, wouldn't recommend for heavy usage.
